MAHALUXE is a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent verified sellers. Product quality, warranty, packing, delivery and installation are primarily seller responsibilities. MAHALUXE provides platform support, verification, dispute handling and grievance redressal as per policy and Indian law.
Permitted Products
Only new household products, new furniture, home decor, furnishing, storage, lighting/decor lighting, doors/windows/fittings, utility products and custom furniture are allowed. Used, second-hand, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, misleading or unrelated products are prohibited.
Accounts
Customers and sellers must provide accurate details. Sellers must complete KYC and admin approval before products or custom bids go live. MAHALUXE may block or restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, false information, policy breach or legal risk.
Payments
Cash on Delivery is not available. Customers pay MAHALUXE through approved online, UPI or manual UPI screenshot payment options. Direct in-app payment to sellers is not supported.
Orders, Delivery and Custom Orders
Ready-made orders reach sellers only after payment verification. Seller self-delivery applies. Custom orders require admin review, seller bids, customer bid selection, admin final approval, 50% advance verification before manufacturing, remaining payment verification before dispatch and delivery proof.
Policies
Returns, refunds, cancellations, seller payout, commission, reviews, support and dispute resolution are governed by the respective MAHALUXE policies.
