Admin may consider order records, payment records, seller updates, delivery proof, product listing, custom design approval, customer proof, seller response and policy rules. MAHALUXE may hold payout, restrict account, request documents, pause order progress or escalate review.
Resolution may include refund, replacement, repair, rejection, partial adjustment, seller action, payout hold/release or account action as per policy.
