Sellers must submit KYC including seller/business details, address, service areas, Aadhaar, GST/GSTIN, business details, shop photo, business banner, bank details and UPI ID. Seller cannot make products visible or bid on custom requests until admin approval.
Only new home/furniture/decor/furnishing/utility products are allowed. Products remain hidden until admin approval. Seller is responsible for safe packing, delivery, delivery proof and return/dispute cooperation.
Seller payout is released only after delivery/completion, dispute/return review, commission deduction and admin payout processing. MAHALUXE may block sellers for false information, repeated delays, damaged delivery, fake listings, complaints or policy breach.
