Ready-made Products
Return or replacement may be allowed for wrong item, materially different selected color, pre-delivery damage/defect, missing major parts, materially different dimensions or major manufacturing defect. It is not allowed for customer damage after delivery, third-party installation damage, change of mind, wrong measurement, minor shade/screen/natural variation, or used/altered/installed/moved products.
Custom Furniture
Custom return/replacement may be allowed only for product completely different from approved design, wrong material, major size mismatch, pre-delivery damage or major manufacturing defect. It is not allowed for change of mind, wrong customer dimensions, selected color/material changes, post-approval changes, minor natural variation or post-delivery damage.
Process
Customer must raise a request within the allowed window, select reason and upload proof photos/videos. Admin may request seller response and decide refund, replacement, repair, partial adjustment or rejection.
