Information We Collect
We may collect name, mobile number, email, profile photo, addresses, orders, custom requests, uploaded images, payment screenshots, support tickets, reports, reviews, device tokens and app usage data. Seller KYC may include Aadhaar document, GST/GSTIN, shop photo, business banner, bank details and UPI ID.
Use of Information
Information is used for authentication, account management, seller verification, product approval, payment verification, order processing, delivery, custom order bidding, dispute resolution, notifications, analytics, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Sharing
Customer full address and mobile are shared with assigned sellers only when required for dispatch/delivery. Seller private KYC and bank information are visible only to seller owner and admin. Payment screenshots are visible only to the customer owner and admin. Data may be shared with Firebase/Google services, payment gateways, hosting providers, support providers and legal authorities where required.
Security and Retention
MAHALUXE uses Firebase Authentication, role-based database rules, protected storage and audit logs. Transaction, payment, payout, support, fraud, dispute and legal records may be retained as required.
Rights and Requests
Users may request correction, account deletion or privacy support through the app or official contact channels, subject to identity verification and legal retention obligations.
