MAHALUXE supports online payment, UPI, manual UPI with screenshot and future approved gateways. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Customers pay MAHALUXE collection system or MAHALUXE business UPI/payment gateway account. Direct in-app payment to seller is not supported. Manual UPI may require screenshot, reference details, amount check and admin verification.
Payment status may be pending, submitted, verified, rejected or failed. Rejected payments may require resubmission. Approved refunds are processed through approved payment channels after admin review.
