Customer uploads design/photo/sketch and request details. Admin reviews before verified sellers can bid. Seller bids include price, manufacturing days, delivery days, material details, warranty, delivery charge and seller note.
No direct customer-seller contact is allowed during bidding. Customer selects a bid and admin gives final approval. Default advance is 50%. Manufacturing is locked until advance payment is verified. Remaining 50% is payable before dispatch by default and dispatch is locked until verification.
Custom orders have restricted cancellation and return rights because they are made to approved design, size, material and bid. Seller fault cases may allow refund, repair, replacement, cancellation or seller action.
