Cancellation Policy

Ready-made orders may be cancelled before packing/dispatch depending on payment and seller processing status. After packing or dispatch, cancellation may be restricted and support review may be required.
For custom orders, refund may be allowed before manufacturing starts after deducting actual processing charges. After material purchase, partial refund may be allowed after seller proof and admin decision. After manufacturing starts, cancellation is normally not allowed. After manufacturing completion or ready for dispatch, cancellation/refund is not allowed except seller fault.
